In this unit study you can learn how to raise goats, feed them, house them, learn some history and anatomy, and even practice milking them-all without owning a goat! Your family will learn about genetics, what Scripture has to say about goats, make goat cheese, buying goats, etc. As in all of Kyms unit studies, she teaches you how to alter her lesson plans to fit your familys needs. Two pages of resources are listed. Well be glad to get them for you if you are interested in purchasing them. Kym Wright and daughter LeShay wrote this unit together. LeShay graduated from high school at 14, but being a lifetime learner, she wanted to keep learning and expanding on her farm experience. So the Sheep and the Goat Unit Studies were born.
