Nine Patch is one of my favorite patterns, which uses nine patches of fabric to make up a block. This one is a Double Nine Patch meaning that it has smaller Nine-Patch blocks set in a larger Nine-Patch design. It is made with solid blocks between the pieced blocks. You can see the hand-stitched flowers in the solid-colored blocks.
