I have made a quilt for or with each of our 8 children. This is Kate’s Quilt. Being the last pregnancy of 8 children, I had more time to sit during the last months of the pregnancy. So, I hand-quilted this quilt, along the edges with a soft green thread. Prairie Points accentuate the border, and a star design embellishes the quilt top. Made with soft shrimp pinks, sage greens and gray, the frayed edges of this quilt show that it is much loved and used. Crib quilt size.
